Kim Wilson, Marketing Consultant, Speaker, Professor, Author and Founder of God's Active People/G.A.P Ministries and Marketing, has been committed to utilizing her marketing and outreach skills and experience for over 26 years to be a great help to God's people in reaching more individuals for Jesus Christ and for small or large businesses, corporations, and non-profit organizations. She specializes in Marketing Consulting; Advertising and Promotions; Research; Fundraising and Event Planning.
She has successfully spearheaded marketing projects for national and international organizations, as well as the promotion of Mel Gibson's major movie, "The Passion of the Christ" (which made over $600 million dollars worldwide). And Kim has conducted numerous business seminars for various organizations and colleges, such as the Bank of America, Entrepreneur Magazine, and University of Georgia, as well as worked for Coca-Cola U.S.A and Xerox Corporations in the area of marketing.
Under Kim’s leadership, her organization, God's Active People/G.A.P Ministries and Marketing has grown into (7) major divisions for the benefit of others in the name of Jesus Christ in the United States and on all 6 major continents (Africa, Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and Australia) and many countries around the world.
Kim has served as an Adjunct Professor for Regent University and Liberty University (2 major Christian Universities) and author of several marketing books and training guides, including and entitled "The Church Marketing Recipe Book: for New and Small Churches with Limited Budgets" and entitled "The Marketing Recipe Book: for New or Small Business with a Limited Budget and Purpose for Jesus Christ"; and her latest outreach ministry book, "The ABSTINENCE Handbook: For Women and Girls Throughout the World".
Kim is very committed to providing need-based outreach projects such as The Loretta Johnson Global Abstinence Movement and G.A.P Global Network, as well as events that focus on jobs, education, housing and entrepreneurship to help people experience God's best for their lives throughout the United States, Africa and worldwide. She has also helped to achieve the goals and implemented outreach projects, such as Goodwill/Jane Fonda Entrepreneurship Outreach Project for low-income women; Christian Women’s Home Business Network; Atlanta Homeless Shelter for Women and Children; G.A.P Anti-drug Project (“Get High on Jesus; Crack the Bible”) and many others.
She has been a guest on many national, international and local television and radio shows, and has had many articles written about her organization and contributions throughout the United States and globally.
Kim earned her B.S in Marketing from Indiana University at Bloomington and M.B.A in Marketing from Clark-Atlanta University. And she lives with her husband in Peachtree City, Georgia (a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia) and has one son.
